Do you have a special place in your heart for the most Immaculate Heart of Mary? I surely do, and this painting was a very special commission for a dear friend who is battling cancer, and she has overcome! She and I went on a mission trip together to all the holy sites in France, including the 150th Anniversary of the apparition of the Virgin Mary to St. Bernadette at Lourdes, France. I have felt my entire life God has given me this amazing artistic gift since I was a child, that I would one day be asked to create this very portrait. It is my prayer that this image reminds you of the immense love of our Blessed Mother and her love for her son Jesus and brings you closer to His most Sacred Heart through the intercession of her most Immaculate Heart.
